Placing Your Order
You may place an Order via Urban Republic by Urban Republic Online Store at www.urbanrepublic.com.my
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected under these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your order at our discretion. Upon order acceptance, an order confirmation will be provided to you via email.
Supply of Your Products
Subject to these terms and conditions, the product(s) shipped will be based on your Order Confirmation.
When your Order has been shipped, an email notification will be delivered to you.
Delivery of Your Products
Urban Republic by Urban Republic delivers to addresses only within Malaysia.
The estimated shipment commencement is based on product availability, payment processing period and warehouse processing period and also, transit time. Payment processing will begin when the required payment information and payment transaction is fulfilled.
Orders averagely require 3-5 business days to arrive for West Malaysia and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia after courier pick up.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of your Products will be made to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If recipient is unavailable during delivery of parcel, the courier will leave a notification card requesting you to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. Our online store representative will contact you within 2-3 days of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.
Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
Urban Republic by Urban Republic HQ will determine the DOA eligibility of the DOA product.
DOA Terms and Conditions
This DOA policy applies only to Urban Republic branded hardware products currently offered at the Urban Republic Online Store by Urban Republic. Urban Republic reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. The DOA for Urban Republic branded products and other Non-Urban Republic branded products offered at Urban Republic Online Store may differ.
If the product(s) is deemed to be DOA by Urban Republic more than 5 calendar days after the received date, Urban Republic’s standard product warranty will apply.
Urban Republic reserves the right to verify and test the returned product for DOA eligibility. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Urban Republic may impose a handling fee.
Proof of Purchase
Urban Republic will send an Order Confirmation via email if you have included an email address with your order.

Refunds or exchanges must be within seven (7) days for in-store purchase and (15) days for online store purchase and is solely at the Company’s discretion. Refunds are only applicable to Non-Apple branded products.
We will normally only refund in the event the goods:
- Are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a manufacturing defect)
- Do not match the description by which they were sold
- Are received in a damaged state
- Are supplied in the incorrect quantity
- Are out of stock
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if you simply want a different colour, change of specifications, change a non-defective unit for a different model/brand, or if you simply change your mind or wrong quantity purchased. In some circumstances, we may need to send the goods to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Evaluation process may take up to 14 to 21 working days. The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from cosmetic defects, fair wear and tear, or any wilful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow the Company’s instructions (whether oral or in writing), or misuse or alteration of the goods.
Please be reminded that only Non-Apple branded accessories will be entitled for return or exchange and at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.
We highly recommend that you retain your proof of purchase. Switch refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 working days. Credit card refunds processing is subject to the Merchant bank’s processing time. For cash payments, refunds will be wired to your bank account. When returning a product for a refund, you will be asked for your name, address, signature & banking account number under YOUR name as authorisation for the refund transaction into your back account or credit card. There is strictly no cash refunds available over the counter.
Switch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.
In the event that the Company approves for a refund or exchange, the customer will be notified of the appropriate procedures which must strictly be complied with in order to ensure a smooth process.
After seven (7) days of purchase, any requests for refunds or exchanges will not be entertained.
