Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

  • Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
  • Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
  • Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
  • Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
  • Using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity;
  • Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
  • Using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
  • Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and ombra fashion may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

 

Refund / Return policy
Refunds or exchanges must be within seven (7) days for in-store purchase and (15) days for online store purchase and is solely at the Company’s discretion. Refunds are only applicable to Non-Apple branded products.

We will normally only refund in the event the goods:

  • Are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a manufacturing defect)
  • Do not match the description by which they were sold
  • Are received in a damaged state
  • Are supplied in the incorrect quantity
  • Are out of stock

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if you simply want a different color, change of specifications, change a non-defective unit for a different model/brand, or if you simply change your mind or wrong quantity purchased. In some circumstances, we may need to send the goods to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Evaluation process may take up to 14 to 21 working days. The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from cosmetic defects, fair wear and tear, or any wilful damage, negligence, subjection to normal conditions, failure to follow the Company’s instructions (whether oral or in writing), or misuse or alteration of the goods.

Please be reminded that only Non-Apple branded accessories will be entitled for return or exchange and at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.

We highly recommend that you retain your proof of purchase. Switch refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 working days. Credit card refunds processing is subject to the Merchant bank’s processing time. For cash payments, refunds will be wired to your bank account. When returning a product for a refund, you will be asked for your name, address, signature & banking account number under YOUR name as authorisation for the refund transaction into your back account or credit card. There is strictly no cash refunds available over the counter.

Switch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.Due to copyright issues, opened software cannot be returned. Please verify your system requirements prior to opening the packaging.

In the event that the Company approves for a refund or exchange, the customer will be notified of the appropriate procedures which must strictly be complied with in order to ensure a smooth process.

After seven (7) days of purchase, any requests for refunds or exchanges will not be entertained.

 

Sales Orders
Any sales order placed by the Customer may not be withdrawn cancelled or altered prior to acceptance by the Company.

 

Warranties
The Company will, at our discretion, honor the standard manufacturer warranties. Each individual product will have its own manufacturer warranty period & each product will have its warranty period judged individually, irrespective of if the products were originally ordered in a group.

 

Configure to Order (CTO) Products & Customer Specific Orders (CSO)
Switch strongly encourages you to carefully review orders for goods that are either custom-configured to your specifications or customer specific orders. Orders for CTO & CSO goods cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. Switch requires a 100% non-refundable deposit for any CTO goods & CSO goods. Refunds/Exchanges/Return will not be provided on CTO or CSO goods if you simply change your mind.

 

Pricing Policy
Prices for products displayed in any Switch Outlets are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, Switch reserves the right to withdraw or amend at anytime without notice.

 

Payment
When paying via credit card, the credit card must be under your own name. If the credit card does not belong to you, the company reserves the right to reject the sale. The company also may require an official proof of identification to verify your identity.

We do accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note, items will not be released until the transaction has been cleared by the bank and confirmed by our finance department.

Any use of fraudulent chargebacks simply to get free merchandise is not only strictly prohibited, but also constitutes a criminal fraud, and will be dealt with by reporting such chargebacks to the police, as well as referring the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction
